In-Person Training

In-person training takes place at the Cedargrip gym in Airdrie, Alberta.

How does this work?

  1. Choose the number of sessions (50 minutes each) you'd like to commit to per week, per month. If you're not sure, 3 to 4 times per week (12-16 sessions per month) is a great starting point. If you're already working out elsewhere and are looking for guidance and accountability, 1 or 2 sessions per week (4 - 8 sessions per month) would work great.
  2. After payment, you will be directed to a client questionnaire. 
  3. Once submitted, I will be in touch to setup your first training session that will include a free, additional 15-20 minute assessment.

Personal training packages expire 1-year after purchase.

Cancellation policy: Please provide a 24-hour notice to be able to reschedule, otherwise you will lose that session.
