In-person training takes place at the Cedargrip gym in Airdrie, Alberta.
How does this work?
- Choose the number of sessions (50 minutes each) you'd like to commit to per week, per month. If you're not sure, 3 to 4 times per week (12-16 sessions per month) is a great starting point. If you're already working out elsewhere and are looking for guidance and accountability, 1 or 2 sessions per week (4 - 8 sessions per month) would work great.
- After payment, you will be directed to a client questionnaire.
- Once submitted, I will be in touch to setup your first training session that will include a free, additional 15-20 minute assessment.
Personal training packages expire 1-year after purchase.
Cancellation policy: Please provide a 24-hour notice to be able to reschedule, otherwise you will lose that session.
