Online Personal Training

The longer your term, the more you save per month. 

Step 1 - Pick a term. After payment, you will be directed to a client questionnaire. Once submitted, I will be in touch within five business days to finalize some details before creating your workout.

Step 2 - Decide if you'd like to do online training through e-mail or through the app, which can be accessed through your phone or desktop and is available for Android and iPhone devices.

Step 3 - We will communicate, with optional check-ins, to modify your program to your needs and ensure you have a successful fitness journey.

All plans include the following:

  • Unlimited support from a fitness professional
  • Access to phone application
  • Modifications at your request
  • Optional check-ins to help keep you accountable
  • Nutrition education and supplement advice
