Step 1 - Pick a term. After payment, you will be directed to a client questionnaire. Once submitted, I will be in touch within five business days to finalize some details before creating your workout.
Step 3 - We will communicate, with optional check-ins, to modify your program to your needs and ensure you have a successful fitness journey.

- Modifications at your request
- Optional check-ins to help keep you accountable
- Nutrition education and supplement advice
