All programs are meant to be run for 12 weeks. They also include a supplement guide and nutrition tips to help you succeed.

Please note that basic gym equipment is required. Programs are instantly accessed as a PDF file.

  • Busy Body - $30
    • minimal time commitment
    • 3 workouts
    • 3 days per week at the gym
    • hit each muscle group 2-3 times per week
    • beginner to intermediate
    •  Mixed - $35
      • a mix of muscle groups on each day
      • 4 workouts
      • 4 days per week at the gym
      • workout each muscle group 2 times per week
      • beginner to intermediate
      • Classic - $40
        • best for aesthetics, based on one of the classic ways of bodybuilding
        • 6 workouts
        • 6 days per week at the gym
        • hit each muscle group 2 times per week
        • intermediate to advanced
